PATH OF PROGRESS
A person's life is like a journey and while travelling, we sometimes meet so
many interjectors of paths and it becomes difficult for us to choose which path we should choose, which direction we should move so that we may reach our goal.

There is a constant conflict between mind and intellect. We have divided opinions
about the path we must take. On the one hand, we are attracted towards the path
which is simple to follow and easy for us but whose result leads to darkness.
A path of sense gratification or on the other hand, the path which seems to be tough and needs discipline, honesty, compassion, love, dispassion that leads towards light and progress.

One is a higher path and the other is a lower path. It is an amazing observation that the path leading towards progress seems to be monotonous and unattractive but other path seems to be attractive and enjoyable. Man filled with desires follows the lower path and is attracted more and more into the clusters of darkness and lust. On the other hand, the person who follows his inner concise
and consciousness moves towards the higher path and his wellness. Whereas one who becomes deaf towards the inner concise and consciousness moves on the lower path, becomes eligible for suffering and pain.

These higher and lower paths have been named as” Shreyas Marg" and "Preyas Marg” respectively.
The higher path is path of light, creativity and progress, whereas lower path
is the path of destruction and deception. With the grace of God, when a person
gets the power of discretion, then he can decide to follow the higher path, which can only be obtained with the grace, company and words of a Satguru.

We should all pray to the Almighty so that we could obtain the power of discretion
within ourselves, so that we can move on the higher path.
