                  जीवन की दिशा

हमारा देश भारत अपने अध्यात्म , धर्म , दर्शन तथा उच्च चिन्तन के लिए सदा से ही विश्व्वंध रहा है | भारत की संस्कृति तथा दार्शनिक विचारधारा ने विश्व भर के देशों को प्रभावित किया है | इश्वर भी मनुष्य रूप में धरती पर अवतरित हुए तो उन्होंने  भारतभूमि का ही चयन किया | भारत की वसुधा , यहाँ के तीर्थ स्थल , पर्वत , नदियों, वन प्रदेश , सिद्दो के पावन चरण चिन्हों से अंकित है | गीता का महान संदेश भारत की धरती पर ही दिया गया | अग्निहोत्र की पवित्र अग्नि से इस भूमि तथा इस परिवेश का कण – कण पवित्र होता रहा है |  मंत्रो के पावन उच्चारण तथा शक्तिशाली तरंगों से भारत की भूमि सदा स्पन्दित रही है | आज भी तीर्थो , देव स्थलों , मंदिरों, गुरूद्वारों, आदि में ईश्वर के पवित्र मन्त्रों तथा स्तोत्रों की मांगलिक ध्वनि गूंजती है जो कणों के माध्यम से हृदय में प्रवेश करते हुए आत्मा कों झंकृत कर देती है |

ऐसी पवित्र धरती पर हमने जन्म लिया है तथा पवित्र वायु में हम श्वास ले रहे है किंतु दुर्भाग्यवश हम इस महान अवसर के प्रति कभी सचेत नही हों पाते | हम मानो अपनी ही अमूल्य संपदा से अपरिचित है | हमारे संस्कार तथा हमारे जीवन मूल्य विलक्षण हैं किंतु हम उन्हें भूलकर भ्रमित होते जा रहे है | यदि हमें जीवन कों सार्थक करना है, नि:श्रेयस तथा अम्भुदय को प्राप्त करना है तो पुनः अपने जीवन दर्शन के प्रति जागरुक होना होगा | हमारे ऋषि – मुनियों, संतों – म्हापुरुषों ने हमें जीवन के प्रति जो उच्च दृष्टिकोण प्रदान किया है, जो विचारधारा, जो चिन्तन दिया है, उसका अनुसंधान करना होगा | वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण से उस पर विचार करना होगा |

अध्यात्म ही हमारे जीवन का मार्ग प्रशस्त करता है तथा हमें भटकने से बचाता है | ध्यान तथा योग के माध्यम से हम अपनी सुप्त शक्तियों के प्रति जागरुक होते हैं तथा उन्हें जगाने का प्रयास करते हैं |

इससे पूर्व कि जीवन की संध्या आ जाए, जागिए | अध्यात्म के वास्तविक अर्थ कों समझने का प्रयास कीजिए | यह आपको पलायन नही सिखाता, जीवन में जागना सिखाता है | आध्यात्मिक वह है जो एक पुष्प की भांति पुर्णरुपेण खिला है, जो होश में है, जो जागृत है, जो स्वयं भी सगंधित है तथा अपने परिवेश कों भी सुगन्धित कर देता है | अपने ऋषि – मुनियों, संतों, सिद्धों का आशीर्वाद लेकर जीवन को उन्नत करने के लिए संकल्पबद्ध हो  जाइये और फिर देखिये कि जीवन एक नवीन अर्थ लेकर आपका अभिनंदन करने के लिए प्रस्तुत है |

यह समस्त सृष्टि , प्रकृति , अंतरिक्ष, प्रकृति में घटित विभिन्न परिवर्तन , वनस्पति जगत, प्राणी जगत, मनुष्य का जीवन, जीवन में घटित विभिनन् घटनाक्रम – स्वयं में अत्यंत रहस्यात्मक हैं | प्राचीन समय से ही उपरोक्त विषयों के प्रति मनुष्य के भीतर विभिन्न जिज्ञासाएं जन्म लेती रही हैं, प्रश्नों की लहरें उभरती रही हैं तथा उनका समाधान प्राप्त करने के लिए वह सदा से ही आतुर रहा है | जिज्ञासा समाधान की इस श्रंखला में दो धराएं मुख्य रहीं --- विज्ञान और अध्यात्म | विज्ञान के विभिन्न प्रयोगों तथा खोजों ने अनेक रहस्य उद्घटित किए किंतु उनके पश्चात भी बहुत से रहस्यों का अनावरण नहीं हों पाया | विज्ञान आज भी अनेक प्रयोग कर रहा है | विज्ञान से भी आगे एक और धारा जो हमारे भारत की विशषता रही है --- वह है हमारा अध्यात्म 

अध्यात्म के क्षेत्र में , ध्यान के क्षेत्र में जो प्रयोग हमारे ऋषि मुनियों ने किए , सिद्धों ने किए तथा उनके फलस्वरूप जो रहस्य उद्घटित हुए , वे विलक्षण हैं | विज्ञान के प्रयोगों की एक सीमा रेखा है , विज्ञान स्थूल स्थर पर कार्य करता है | जहाँ जाकर विज्ञान समाप्त हो जाता है , वहाँ से अध्यात्म प्रारम्भ होता है | अध्यात्मिक प्रयोगों ने ऎसी ऎसी गुत्थियाँ सुलझाई हैं कि जानकर आश्चर्य होता है | मानव जीवन की विभिन्न समस्याओं का समाधान , मानव के विकास की विभिन्न समस्याएं, मानव के भीतर छिपी अदभुत शक्तियों के जागरण आदि में अध्यात्म का जो योगदान है , वह अद॒भुत है | विचारों को शक्ति , मंत्रों कों शक्ति , ध्यान से उत्पन्न विधुत तरंगों की शक्ति, कुंडलिनी शक्ति आदि – आदि विभिन्न् रहस्यों के विषय में जब हम जानते हैं तो मन आश्चर्य से परिपूर्ण हों जाता है | ध्यान के क्षेत्र में प्रवेश के पश्चात॒ साधकों कों अनेक प्रकार की अनुभूतियां होती हैं |

ध्यान का क्षेत्र शब्दों का नही , अनुभूतियों का क्षेत्र है | ध्यान अनुभूतियों का विषय है | जब साधक किसी कुशल मार्गदर्शन में ध्यान में प्रवेश करता है तो वह अपने भीतर छिपे परम के सौंदर्य कों देखकर, परम सत्ता की विभिन्न झलकियों को पाकर आनंदित हों उठता है | उसके समक्ष एक के बाद एक रहस्य खुलते चले जाते हैं तथा वह उनके आकर्षण में आकर्षित होता चला जाता है | जो सौंदर्य हमें बाहर दिखाई देता है उससे कई गुणा अधिक सौंदर्य , दिव्य सौंदर्य भीतर है किंतु उसे देखने के लिए भीतर की आँख चाहेये | वह आँख खुलती है ध्यान के सागर में डूबकी लगा कर तथा जब यह आँख खुलती है तो सब कुछ इतना सुंदर , इतना आनन्ददायक , इतना प्यारा लगने लगता है कि जीवन का अर्थ ही बदल जाता है | चारों ओर जैसे आनंद का साम्राज्य छा जाता है | सांसारिक तथा आध्यात्मिक दोनों क्षेत्रों में सफलता के द्वार खुलने लगते हैं | मुखमंडल पर चिरस्थायी मुस्कान खिलने लगती है | व्यक्ति जहाँ जाता है अपने चारों ओर स्वर्ग निर्मित कर लेता है |

अतः ध्यान में प्रवेश करने का प्रयास कीजिए | कितना जीवन यूं ही बीत गया , होश में आइए | अपने बंद कक्ष से बहार आइए | आनंद की रिमझिम फुहार आपकी प्रतीक्षा कर रही है | ध्यान में उतरिये तथा अपने जीवन को सार्थक कीजिए |

गुरुपूर्णिमा का पावन दिवस , शिष्यों के मन में उठती श्रद्धा की लहर , दीदी के नेत्रों से छलकती करुणा एवं कृपा की बौछार , फूलों की सुगंध से सुगन्धित एवं प्रकाश से सुसज्जित हुआ सनातन धर्म मंदिर लाजपत नगर ३ | यह दृश्य है Celebrating Life Foundation  द्वारा आयोजित गुरु पूर्णिमा महोत्सव का जिसमें सम्मिलित हो साधकों ने स्वयं को धन्य अनुभव किया | दीदी के दर्शनार्थ दिल्ली एवं भारत के विभिन्न प्रान्तों से साधकों का आवागमन लगा रहा | साधकों ने भावपूर्वक भजन तथा नृत्य प्रस्तुति भी की | इस शुभ अवसर पर  दीदी ने ध्यान तथा प्रवचन द्वारा साधकों को कृतार्थ किया | ध्यान के उपरांत दीक्षा का भी कार्यक्रम हुआ जिसमें आशीषों की वर्षा कर दीदी ने सभी को निहाल कर दिया | सत्र के अंत में गुरु आरती के जगमगाते दीपक एवं स्वर लहरियों ने इस उत्सव की शोभा को कई गुणा बढा दिया |

Awakening of possibilities

Human beings are the most beautiful creation of divine through which the existence is expressed clearly. This life is an oppurtunity in which maximum possibilities for self development are there but to explore these possibilities and transform one's own self is dependent upon individual self. For this evolution and growth, one needs to involve in practice.  One who understands the importance of awakening and starts preparing for this purpose consciously is bestowed with extraordinary personalty and completeness. Whereas others live normally and die one day.
Whenever a person has awakened these possibilities within himself then the scientists like Newton and Einstein, musicians like Tansen, kings like Ashoka, mathematicians like Aryabhatta, saints like Meera and Namdev, great souls like Vivekananda and Kabir and freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh and Ramprasad Bissmillah are born.
These names are written in golden letters in history. These people have excelled in their fields and have shown that with determination and dedication, one can achieve the possibilities which are asleep but present in all.
Human life has infinite dimensions like an ocean which has innumerable gems hidden in itself. What is needed is self determination to awaken energies hidden in oneself. One needs to delve in meditation to achieve concentration and awareness needed for self growth. Weakness of mind, laziness and depression should be left behind with a vow to move ahead and grow in divine self.

*संभावनाओं की जाग्रति* 

मानव परम सत्ता की वह सुन्दरतम कृति है जिसमें परमात्मा का सौंदर्य स्पष्ट रूप से प्रतिबिम्बित होता है | मानव जीवन वह अमूल्य अवसर है , जिसमें विकास की अधिकतम संभावनाएं निहित हैं किंतु उन संभावनाओं को जागृत करना तथा अपने व्यक्तित्व को पूर्णरूपेण विकसित करना स्वयं मानव पर निर्भित करता है | इसके लिए उसे प्रयास करना पड़ता है | जो व्यक्ति इसके प्रति सचेत हों जाता है , वह असाधारण व्यक्तित्व का स्वामी हो जाता है अन्यथा सामान्य रूप में जीवन यापन कर व्यक्ति अपनी जीवन यात्रा समाप्त कर देता है |

जब – जब मनुष्य ने अपनी सम्भावनाओं को जागृत किया तब – तब ही न्यूटन तथा आइंस्टीन जैसे वैज्ञानिकों का , तानसेन जैसे संगीतज्ञ का , सम्राट अशोक जैसे प्रशासक का , रामानुज जैसे गणितज्ञ का , मीरा व नामदेव जैसे संतों का , विवेकानंद व कबीर जैसे महात्माओं का एवं शहीद भगतसिंह व रामप्रसाद बिस्मिला जैसे क्रांतिकारियों का जन्म हुआ | ये वे नाम हैं जो इतिहास मैं अपना नाम स्वर्ण अक्षरों में अंकित कर गए | इन्होने अपने अपने क्षेत्रों में कीर्तिमान स्तापित किया तथा यह दिखा दिया कि मानव चाहे तो सफलता के उच्च शिखर को स्पर्श कर अपना जीवन सार्थक कर सकता है , आवश्यकता है तो मात्र अपनी क्षमताओं कों जानने की, जगाने की , असंम्भव कुछ भी नही है |

मानव जीवन सागर की भांति विशाल एवं गहरा है जिसके गर्भ में अमूल्य रत्न छिपे हैं | इन्हें प्राप्त करने के लिए आपकों स्वयं अपने भीतर उतरना होगा , अपनी शक्तियों कों एकाग्र कर, अपनी क्षमताओ कों जागृत करना होगा | अपनी दुर्बलताओं , निराशाओं व अकर्मण्यता से बाहर निकलकर संकल्प लें तथा अपने जीवन को प्रयास में संलग्न हों जाएँ | शुभम अस्तु |

                Life of a person is like an examination.  This world is a centre of exam.  The motto of man’s life is to get through in this examination and to be the best.  Those who get success in it enter into the next higher phase of life towards Devtav.  On the other hand, those who are unsuccessful go into the lower ladder i.e. the state of animal and Assuras. 

            As in the examination hall, there is need of full senses, concentration and carefulness.   Similarly, to be successful in life, full attention, alertness and focus at each and every moment is required.  It is surprising that the question paper, in the life of each person, is different from one another.  He cannot take the help of others.  He has to solve all questions of his life himself only.  Time is short.  Each and every question for him is difficult, has its own importance but compulsory.  You cannot betray it. 

            In the same way as an examinee prepares himself whole of the year for the exam seriously, follows the rules, practices as per the instructions of his teacher; such a student  always  remains confident during the examination.  Similarly, that person who in his life has given priority to his inner consciousness, followed the instructions and guidelines of his Sadguru, practiced Dhayan and Sadhana, as the principle of his life, took out the bad elements from his mind, kept a goal to succeed over the weakness; such person also remain confident towards the answers to questions of his life. 

            On the other hand, as an examinee who is lazy, careless, forgetful and gets worried in the examination hall; similarly a person who throughout do wrong and worthless deeds and gets worried on looking at the question paper of life has to face failures. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to be always alert, serious and careful.  Another important fact is that the success and failure of the student depends on the directions given by his teacher.  Similarly, in the life of a person, the role of Sadguru is also most important.  It is because answers to the questions of life cannot be found in any book.  For a person, only Sadguru is an open book who gives him directions at each and every step.  He is like a map through which a person finds the way of life to achieve the target. Whenever he is out from his path, Sadguru directs him towards his goal.  Otherwise there are always chances of his loosing the way.

            If it is the truth that life is an exam, it is also a truth that Sadguru is the only medium in whose refuse man is successful in life.  There is no other alternative.  There may be a question of touching highest goal in Adhatam, in the life of man or there may be question of reaching Moksha.  Without his directions nobody can search answers to his questions. This is the only reason, Sadguru has been provided with the absolute high place. It may be the question of worldly or Adhatmic progress.  More especially in the area of Adhatmic or Dhayana, one cannot climb an inch without the blessings of Sadguru, what to talk of reaching the target. 

            Every year the occasion of Guru Purnima conveys this message that we have to be serious towards our life, attentive towards the goal and after taking the blessings of Sadguru, evaluate our present position, come out of darkness so that this life is a success.   After darshana of Sadguru, this is the occasion to begin a new chapter, receive new energy, new directions, new promise and to be fully in refuge on the feet of Sadguru.  He blesses and lights the lamp of his Kirpa in the heart of his disciples.  With that light we get answers to the questions connected to the exams of life.  MEDITATION SATGURU ARCHNA -DIDI and God bless you all on this occasion and that your life is filled with Divaya light.

           The whole world is administered by the highly powered spiritual bodies in different spheres.  This higher body supreme, the Lord of Lords is the creator of this world.  He brings up and registers the Karma of every life.  The principle of cause and effect applied to human life is nature’s law of Karma. His power lies with Brahma who is the creator of world, Vishnu who takes care and Mahesh who destroys.  Human beings are privileged to have freedom of will.  Animals do not have this choice.  We worship Shakti Shiv in many ways.  That Shakti gave birth to man and woman in the world under the subordination of past karma.  According to their nature, they have been provided with the privileges and pleasures.  Both male and female have got importance equally in the world.  This world is carried on with the intelligence of both.  Both are part of the world and nature.  If we consider seriously, we find that man and woman are not just only producer of human body but also are two elements of balance and intelligence.  Woman is the sign of delication, beauty and sweetness. Man is for hardness, bravery and work.  Both are respectable equally.

          Family is one of the beautiful parts of the society.  All the family members have important roles.  Man and woman have their own basic rights and duties. But the base of the family is love, tolerance and respect for everyone’s views.  Under the principle of society, the girl leaves her parental house after marriage and enters into her husband’s house.  For whole of her life the family of husband is her family.  She is respectable both in her parents and husband’s house.  Along with the marriage she leaves many sweet memories in her parent’s house and blossoms Inder-dhanushi colours in her husband’s house.  She is not only the endurance of one family but of the both.  She has the right to get love and affection from both families.     According to the periphery of the society, her role is comparatively higher.

 Almighty God has provided her the power of tolerance, perturbations of mind, pains and restraints.  A woman has been endowed with a special gift from nature to give birth to a new life, in the form of a child, and not to the man.  In bringing up the future generation, as a mother, the woman has the primary and greatest role in comparison to the father.  Women therefore, are often described as transmitters of knowledge and architects of the future.  This is the only reason that always, in India; the woman earns the highest place in society.  She is pious and respectable.  Many situations have been found where due to some social endurance, un-education and limited knowledge, the woman got disrespect, decimation, dissertation   and misbehavior.  

Considering her as a sexual pleasure only and also because of the misapprehensions in the society, many atrocities were laid on her.   Many obstacles against her development in the field of education were created.  Considering her week and helpless, many biases were raised against her in the society.  The reasons behind this was the mail counterpart who considered them as neurotic, a mere waste product.  They had limited or no knowledge about the comparative strength of the woman.  When she was strained in many such ways, the inner strength of her raised up.  The woman understood her inner power, brought it out and stood shoulder to shoulder with the man in every sphere of life. 

Which part of the world is where the woman has not shown her might?  Not only this, she has left behind the man in many areas like science and technological options, astronomic, electrical, economical, mechanical, military, administrative, police, judiciary, astrology and what not.  A woman has been endowed with a special gift from nature to give tender love to her children and family and to keep the cord of love strong amongst relations, which binds the family into a loving, healthy and cultured family.  The women are, therefore, described as transmitters of knowledge and architects of the future.  Lakshmi, Durga and Parvati are the resemblances and reflection of her strength.

With the passage of time, many changes took place in her position, education, and upliftment.  Today not only she takes her own decisions but also prepares the children to fulfill their diverse responsibilities. She effectively participates in the affairs of the country.  She has the sky to fly high. 

MEDITATION SATGURU ARCHNA DIDI message to the whole women community is to bring peace, prosperity, happiness in the world and reach the highest strata of life.  Also, she should not forget and be cautious about her own respect and be an empowered woman.  First of all, in the normal situations, she should behave normally and try to solve the situations with love and affection.     However, if situation arises where it is not possible to act with ease and peace, she should come out like Durga to deal with the situation.  Her life, her dreams and her hopes are also very important.   Simultaneously she should understand that she cannot take the shape and form of Durga in each and every situation. 

Nature has provided her peace, sweetness, tenderness, beauty and limitations.  She adores all these qualities. DIDI advises that she should use her powers only when there are atrocities thrust upon her.  She has the full right to live.  It is, therefore, necessary that the woman should remain awake, recognize her powers, understand her limits and fix her role.  Take full use of independence but remain away from unprecedented behavior.  Her role extends from being an important member of the family, daughter, wife, and mother, determinant of social development and in building of the nation. Women have great potential to bring about change in society although she is confronted with many challenges.
